Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with precision
- Provide personalized financial advice and cross-sell bank products/services
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and reconcile daily transactions
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining service excellence standards
- Adhere to all banking regulations, security protocols, and compliance requirements
- Support branch operations by assisting with new account openings and loan applications
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch performance goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficient in basic math and financial transaction processing
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean background check
- Familiarity with banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry) preferred
