Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements and credit data to evaluate borrower risk profiles
- Prepare detailed credit reports with risk assessments and lending recommendations
- Monitor existing portfolios for compliance and early risk detection
- Collaborate with underwriting teams to structure optimal credit solutions
- Stay current on industry regulations and economic trends affecting credit decisions
- Present findings to credit committees and senior management
- Develop and maintain risk mitigation strategies for assigned portfolios
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
- Strong understanding of GAAP, credit policies, and regulatory requirements
- Credit certification (CRCM or CCE) highly desirable
