Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial statements and creditworthiness for commercial and industrial clients
- Prepare detailed credit risk assessments and lending recommendations
- Manage loan portfolios exceeding $50M with proactive risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with senior leadership on portfolio optimization initiatives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners and industry stakeholders
- Lead credit committee presentations and provide expert testimony
- Implement regulatory compliance protocols for federal and state banking regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience with financial institutions
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling software (e.g., Moody's Analytics, RiskCalc)
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and banking regulations (FRB, OCC guidelines)
- Credit certification (CRCM or CCE preferred)
- Demonstrated success in managing high-value portfolios
- Exceptional analytical and presentation skills with executive-level experience
