- Prepare comprehensive credit recommendations for commercial and industrial clients
- Monitor existing loan portfolios for early risk identification and mitigation
- Collaborate with relationship managers to structure optimal credit solutions
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and internal credit policies
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for high-exposure accounts
- Present credit analysis findings to senior leadership committees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Economics (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive credit analysis experience in commercial lending
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling software and MS Office Suite
- Expertise in interpreting industry-specific financial metrics
- Proven track record of managing complex credit portfolios
- CFP or CFA designation highly desirable
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
- Fluency in English and Spanish required
