Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market trends to assess borrower risk
- Prepare detailed credit recommendations for loan committees and executive leadership
- Monitor existing credit portfolios and identify early warning signs of potential defaults
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and internal credit policies
- Collaborate with sales teams to structure complex financing solutions
- Generate monthly risk reports and portfolio performance analyses
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business-related field
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
- Strong understanding of GAAP, credit regulations, and risk management principles
- Certified Credit Professional (CCP) or equivalent designation preferred
