- Prepare detailed credit memoranda and risk assessments for loan committee review
- Monitor existing loan portfolios and identify early warning signs of potential defaults
- Collaborate with commercial lenders to structure credit solutions aligned with bank policies
- Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting credit operations and lending practices
- Train junior analysts on credit evaluation methodologies and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience with financial institutions
- Proficiency in credit software (e.g., Moody's Analytics, FICO) and MS Office Suite
- Credit risk certification (CRCM or equivalent) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial detail
