Responsibilities
- Analyze commercial and industrial loan applications using financial modeling techniques
- Prepare comprehensive credit risk assessments with detailed recommendations
- Monitor existing loan portfolios for compliance and early risk detection
- Collaborate with relationship managers to structure optimal credit solutions
- Develop industry-specific risk mitigation strategies for diverse sectors
- Present findings to credit committees using data visualization tools
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, financial modeling)
- Familiarity with credit scoring models (Altman Z, etc.)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and regulatory compliance (Regulations Z, ECOA)
- Credit certification (CRCM, CMB preferred)
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills
- Experience with credit software (e.g., Moody's Analytics, FICO)
