Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings with 100% accuracy
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Prepare detailed payroll reports for executive leadership and HR partners
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations
- Onboard new hires with complete payroll setup and orientation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent software proficiency
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, garnishment laws, and tax compliance
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive financial data
