Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and industry trends to assess credit risk
- Prepare detailed credit reports and risk assessments for commercial loan applications
- Monitor existing loan portfolios and recommend risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers to structure optimal credit solutions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Present findings to credit committees and senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration required
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience in banking/lending
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and risk assessment tools
- Credit Analyst Certification (CRCM) or CFA designation preferred
- Expert knowledge of FASB accounting standards and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
