Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and collateral to assess commercial and industrial credit risk
- Prepare comprehensive credit memos and risk assessments for loan committees
- Monitor existing credit portfolios for early warning signs of deterioration
- Collaborate with relationship managers to structure optimal debt solutions
- Stay current on regulatory compliance (FCC, BSA, GAAP) and industry best practices
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional business partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration required
- 3+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
- Strong understanding of cash flow analysis and debt service coverage ratios
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to interpret complex financial data and industry trends
- Credit certification (CRCM, CCE) preferred
