Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial statements and creditworthiness of institutional clients
- Prepare detailed credit risk assessments and recommend risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with investment banking teams on structuring commercial loans and credit facilities
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify early warning indicators
- Develop sophisticated financial models for stress testing and scenario analysis
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements (FRB, OCC, SEC)
- Present findings to senior leadership and credit committees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience in banking or financial services
- Expertise in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, sensitivity analysis)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and credit risk frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg Terminal, and credit software
- CFA or FRM designation preferred
