Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial statement analysis for corporate and commercial clients using advanced modeling techniques
- Prepare comprehensive credit memos and risk assessments with actionable recommendations
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to inform credit policy updates
- Collaborate with relationship managers to structure customized credit facilities
- Lead due diligence processes for high-value transactions ($10M+ portfolios)
- Maintain accurate risk exposure reporting and portfolio analytics dashboards
- Present findings to credit committee with data-driven insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience in banking or financial services
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, ratio analysis)
- Advanced Excel skills with VBA and Power BI visualization experience
- Strong understanding of SEC filings and GAAP/IFRS standards
- Proven track record in risk assessment for tech/real estate sectors
- Series 7/63 or equivalent securities license (highly desirable)
