- Monitor existing portfolios for compliance and early risk identification
- Stay current on regulatory changes affecting lending practices
- Mentor junior analysts through peer review sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling software (e.g., Bloomberg, Capital IQ)
- Credit Risk Management (CRM) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) preferred
- Deep understanding of SEC regulations and GAAP standards
- Exceptional Excel skills with complex formula application
- Strong written communication for credit documentation
