Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial statement analysis for commercial loan applications
- Assess creditworthiness using financial modeling and risk evaluation frameworks
- Prepare detailed credit memos and risk mitigation recommendations
- Monitor existing portfolio performance and identify early warning indicators
- Collaborate with commercial banking teams to structure optimal credit solutions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Present complex financial findings to credit committee stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Proficiency in credit analysis software (e.g., Moody's Analytics, Fiserv)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement analysis
- Experience with SBA loan processing and industry-specific risk assessment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Credit Risk Management Professional (CRMP) designation a plus
