Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial statements and creditworthiness for commercial clients
- Prepare detailed credit risk reports with actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with sales teams to structure optimal financing solutions
- Monitor existing portfolios and identify early warning indicators
- Develop and maintain automated risk assessment models
- Present findings to executive leadership and credit committees
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Expertise in financial statement analysis and ratio interpretation
- Proficiency with credit scoring models (FICO, Altman Z-Score)
- Strong understanding of banking regulations (FDIC, OCC guidelines)
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with credit software (e.g., Moody's Analytics)
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
