Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements and credit data to assess borrower risk profiles
- Prepare detailed credit reports and risk assessments for commercial lending portfolios
- Collaborate with relationship managers to structure optimal credit solutions
- Monitor existing credit facilities and identify early warning indicators
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Present credit recommendations to credit committee with clear rationale

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience in banking/lending
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
- Credit certification (CRCM, CMB) strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of GAAP, financial ratios, and risk metrics
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
