Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive credit risk evaluations for commercial and industrial clients using financial modeling and ratio analysis
- Prepare detailed credit memos and portfolio risk reports for executive review
- Collaborate with relationship managers to structure optimal credit solutions while maintaining risk compliance
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to update credit policies and procedures
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance credit scoring algorithms and underwriting efficiency

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience with portfolio exposure >$50M
