Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market data to evaluate creditworthiness
- Prepare comprehensive credit memos and risk assessments for loan committees
- Monitor existing loan portfolios and identify potential risks or opportunities
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers to structure optimal financing solutions
- Stay updated on industry regulations and economic trends affecting credit decisions
- Present complex financial analyses to senior leadership with clear recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
- Strong understanding of cash flow analysis and risk assessment methodologies
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional certification (CRCM, CMB, or equivalent) is a plus
