Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business-related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience in banking/lending
- Proficiency in credit underwriting software (e.g., Moody's Analytics, Fiserv)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial detail

- Experience with SBA loan programs and agricultural lending a plus
