Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive compliance programs across all business units
- Conduct risk assessments and internal audits to identify regulatory gaps
- Stay current with evolving regulations (FINRA, SEC, AML, GDPR) and advise leadership
- Train employees on compliance policies and ethical standards
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations with corrective action plans
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams on regulatory reporting
- Lead compliance initiatives for new product launches and market expansions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, or related field; Master's or JD preferred
- 5+ years of compliance experience in financial services or tech
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) designation required
- Expertise in risk management frameworks and regulatory reporting
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication abilities for stakeholder training
- Experience with compliance software (e.g., RSA Archer, MetricStream)
