Responsibilities
- Process accurate and timely payroll for 200+ employees using ADP and QuickBooks
- Manage employee tax withholdings, deductions, and direct deposits
- Ensure compliance with federal/state payroll regulations (FLSA, FICA, etc.)
- Generate payroll reports and reconcile discrepancies monthly
- Handle employee payroll inquiries with exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with HR and accounting departments on payroll-related matters
- Maintain confidential employee records and payroll documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate/bachelor's preferred)
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
- Ability to learn new software quickly (training provided)
- Strong organizational skills and deadline-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Willingness to obtain/pay for payroll certification after training
