Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to manage our financial records, ensure accuracy in our reporting, and support our accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of GAAP principles.

Responsibilities

  • Manage General Ledger: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process invoices, track payments, and ensure timely collections to maintain healthy cash flow.
  • Payroll Administration: Assist in processing weekly payroll for employees, ensuring all hours and deductions are calculated correctly.

Qualifications

  • Education: Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
