Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and financial statement preparation
- Lead audit coordination with external partners and compliance monitoring
- Develop and implement financial controls to mitigate risks
- Analyze budget vs. actuals variance and provide strategic recommendations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow optimization
- Maintain GAAP compliance and regulatory reporting requirements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
