Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Process payroll and manage accounts payable/receivable cycles
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Assist with tax preparation and audit documentation
- Implement process improvements for accounting workflows
- Train junior bookkeepers on best practices and software
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- CPA certification or equivalent accounting degree preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Experience with multi-entity accounting systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy
