Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision
- Process monthly/quarterly financial statements and tax documentation
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow optimization
- Oversee payroll processing and compliance with federal/state regulations
- Implement and maintain internal accounting controls
- Collaborate with CPA firms during audit processes
- Train junior accounting staff on software and procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP and IRS compliance
- Experience with multi-entity accounting systems
- Proven ability to meet strict deadlines with accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
