Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger and financial records
- Process accounts payable/receivable and payroll
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
- Manage bank account reconciliations and cash flow
- Assist with audits and financial reporting
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data analysis
Qualifications
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax codes
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet urgent deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Relevant certifications (CPA, QuickBooks ProAdvisor) a plus
