Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with strict attention to detail
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for executive review
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow optimization
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance filings
- Implement internal controls to ensure SOX and GAAP compliance
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
- Leverage QuickBooks and Excel for advanced financial reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 5+ years bookkeeping experience
- CPA or advanced certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in QuickBooks, Excel macros, and financial software
- Proven track record in multi-entity accounting environments
- Deep understanding of GAAP and tax regulations
