Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ diverse clients using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheets) with detailed variance analysis
- Process payroll bi-weekly and ensure compliance with Florida labor laws
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and complex intercompany transactions
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and collections processes
- Assist with annual tax preparation and audit documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Online
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and MS Office Suite
- Proven experience with multi-client bookkeeping in a service-based environment
- Strong understanding of GAAP and Florida tax regulations
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor designation a plus
