Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous accuracy
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and bank reconciliations
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Oversee QuickBooks implementation and optimization for clients
- Coordinate with auditors during annual financial reviews
- Develop financial reporting dashboards for client insights
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Desktop
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation highly valued
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and IRS tax regulations
- Strong Excel skills with pivot table mastery
