- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for clients
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliation processes
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance for multiple entities
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks systems for efficiency
- Assist with audits and ensure adherence to GAAP standards
- Provide financial insights and support strategic planning initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent certification
- Proven experience with multi-entity accounting systems
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional accuracy
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- CPA or QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification preferred
