Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile complex general ledger accounts with precision
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles for high-volume transactions
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance
- Implement internal controls for audit readiness
- Collaborate with CFO on financial forecasting and budgeting
- Lead month-end close processes with zero tolerance for errors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance + 5+ years' bookkeeping experience
- Advanced QuickBooks Online & Excel mastery (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables)
- Proven multi-state tax compliance expertise
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing
- Exceptional attention to detail with 99.9% accuracy rate
