Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close processes and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and present accurate financial statements to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance financial operations efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with remote work exposure
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, month-end close, and reconciliation processes
