Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for diverse client portfolios
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks/Xero systems
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Collaborate with CPAs on tax preparation and audits
- Mentor junior bookkeepers using proprietary software
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Xero
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation required
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and payroll processing
- Proven ability to manage multi-client workloads
