Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile multi-entity general ledgers with precision
- Prepare month-end and year-end financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow)
- Manage AP/AR cycles, including vendor payments and client invoicing
- Process complex payroll and tax filings for 50+ employees
- Implement and optimize accounting software (QuickBooks Online, Xero)
- Conduct financial audits and ensure SOX compliance
- Collaborate with CFO on strategic financial planning initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience in SaaS/startups
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Expertise in multi-state tax compliance and payroll processing
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with month-end closing processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
