Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the full cycle of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
- Reconcile credit card statements and vendor accounts.
- Collaborate with the finance team to identify process improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial data clearly.
