Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis and variance reporting to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets.
- Develop financial models and forecasts to project future financial performance.
- Prepare detailed financial statements and management reports.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand financial impacts of business operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial reporting software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a part-time capacity.
