Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 client portfolios using QuickBooks Online
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheets with 99.9% accuracy
- Prepare month-end financial statements and tax-ready documentation
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable workflows and payroll processing
- Implement financial controls and process improvements for efficiency
- Collaborate with CPA firms during audits and tax season
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and industry-specific regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or 5+ years equivalent experience)
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Proven experience with multi-client bookkeeping systems
- Certification (QB ProAdvisor, CPB) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills for client interactions
