Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 client portfolios using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and payroll accounts monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable with 98% accuracy threshold
- Assist with quarterly tax preparation and annual audits
- Implement process improvements to reduce reporting timelines by 20%
- Maintain organized digital filing systems with document retention protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- CPA or certification in Bookkeeping preferred
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail with numerical aptitude
- Strong communication skills for client interactions
