Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for diverse client portfolios
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with actionable insights
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Coordinate with auditors and tax professionals during compliance periods
- Implement and optimize accounting software workflows (QuickBooks Online)
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for financial records
- Provide financial reports to guide strategic business decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- CPA or certification preferred (e.g., CB, AIPB)
- Expertise in GAAP principles and financial compliance
- Proven track record of multi-client portfolio management
