Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ high-net-worth clients
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Coordinate with tax professionals for quarterly estimated tax filings
- Implement and maintain QuickBooks Online for client portfolios
- Develop customized financial reporting dashboards for stakeholders
- Conduct internal audits and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- CPA or EA certification preferred
- Deep understanding of GAAP and multi-state tax compliance
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing
- Proven ability to manage 15+ client portfolios simultaneously
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
