Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for diverse client portfolios using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare month-end/year-end financial statements and reconciliations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and optimize cash flow
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Collaborate with CFOs on strategic financial planning
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for audit readiness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (VBA preferred)
- CPA certification or active pursuit highly desirable
- Expertise in multi-entity accounting and tax compliance
