Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices within 3-day SLA
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Manage payment processing for 500+ vendors
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor contracts
- Implement process improvements in AP workflows
- Prepare month-end closing reports
- Conduct internal audits for compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years AP processing experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- SAP or Oracle ERP system expertise
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- AP certification (CPA or CMA) preferred
- Texas residency required
