We are looking for a proactive individual who can work independently and deliver precision in a fast-paced night environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and variance analysis to identify discrepancies immediately.
- Process payroll accurately for multiple entities, adhering to strict federal and state regulations.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, preparing necessary financial reports.
- Reconcile credit card statements and expense reports with high attention to detail.
- Maintain and update fixed asset registers and general ledger records.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding billing inquiries and financial status.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably in a corporate or high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, or NetSuite is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) is essential.
- Must be available to work a night shift schedule (typically 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM or 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to spot errors and resolve financial discrepancies.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
