The Role: We're seeking a meticulous Senior Bookkeeper to manage multi-client portfolios. You'll be the financial backbone for diverse clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial health. Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 diverse clients using QuickBooks Online
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheets monthly
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet)
- Process payroll and manage sales tax filings
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls
- Collaborate with CPAs during annual audits
- Develop customized financial reports for client decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and NYC tax regulations
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines with precision
- Proven experience with multi-client portfolio management
