Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile multi-entity accounting systems with precision
- Prepare month-end/year-end financial statements and management reports
- Oversee AP/AR processes including vendor payments and collections
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance for 15+ clients
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks Online configurations
- Conduct internal audits and process improvement initiatives
- Support tax preparation coordination with external CPAs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping in public accounting
- Advanced QuickBooks Online certification required
- Expertise in multi-state payroll and sales tax compliance
- Proficiency in Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- Experience with construction or real estate accounting preferred
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
