Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 diverse client portfolios
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with actionable insights
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and investment accounts
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Implement QuickBooks optimization strategies for clients
- Collaborate with tax professionals for quarterly/annual filings
- Train junior staff on financial compliance standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Desktop
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Proven experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
