Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile multi-entity accounting systems with flawless accuracy
- Prepare month-end/year-end financial statements and management reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow optimization
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance for 100+ employees
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial integrity
- Collaborate with CFOs on strategic financial planning initiatives
- Lead month-end closing processes with zero tolerance for errors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 5+ years of experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel (Advanced Functions)
- CPA or CMA certification strongly preferred
- Proven experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail with 99.9% reconciliation accuracy
- Strong analytical skills for variance analysis and anomaly detection
- Experience with financial reporting for SaaS or tech startups
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments with competing priorities
