Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 high-growth clients using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and complex payroll entries
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and aging reports
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls
- Collaborate with tax team for quarterly/annual reporting
- Train clients on financial best practices and system optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience (SaaS, tech, or startup clients preferred)
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel/Google Sheets
- CPA or advanced certification (QuickBooks ProAdvisor) strongly preferred
- Proven track record of managing 15+ accounts simultaneously
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Strong communication skills for client training and collaboration
