Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision
- Process accounts payable/receivable and payroll transactions
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
- Collaborate with CPA for tax preparation and audits
- Implement and optimize accounting software workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience in a professional setting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Deep understanding of GAAP and payroll processing
- Proven ability to meet month-end closing deadlines
