Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 high-net-worth clients using QuickBooks Online and Xero
- Prepare monthly financial statements with variance analysis and KPI reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations with 99.9% accuracy
- Coordinate with CPA firms for tax preparation and audit documentation
- Implement process improvements using automation tools (e.g., Hubdoc, Receipt Bank)
- Mentor junior bookkeepers and conduct quarterly client financial reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience with SaaS or tech clients
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks/Xero and Excel (PivotTables/VLOOKUP)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- Proven track record of reducing month-end close time by 25%+
